Key Learnings

Semantic Understanding Matters - Keyword matching isn't enough. Understanding the semantic meaning of skills and experience is crucial for accurate matching. Context is Everything - The same skill has different importance depending on the role. Real-time Processing - We optimized our matching engine to provide scores within milliseconds.
